MOORE, Fanny

Age 94 of Windsor, formerly of Hants Border, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019 in Haliburton Place, Windsor, her home for the last seven years. Born March 19, 1925 in Bay Roberts, N.L., Fanny was a daughter of the late Edward Ralph and Annie Blanche (Titford) Wilcox. Fanny operated Moore’s Canteen in Hants Border for years. She was a longtime member of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Hantsport, where she was warden and choir member. She was a past member of Rebekah Lodge for 36 years, Hantsport Elders and the Lucknow Branch 109 Ladies Auxiliary, Hantsport. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 11th in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 59 Main St., Hantsport, Rev. Tom Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Riverbank Cemetery, Riverbank Drive, Hantsport.
