    Age 41, of Edmonton, Alta., formerly of Hantsport, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, he was a son of Susanne (Demone), Port Williams and the late Neil Burgher. Darren lived in Edmonton for the past 19 years and worked hard as a chef. He was a character who loved to make people laugh. Darren’s family was very important to him and he adored and loved his niece and nephew. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Harold Demone; paternal grandparents, Arnold and Kathleen (Aalders) Burgher.
