    Marilyn Augusta Patten, 83, of Trois-Ruisseaux, NB, widow of Beverly Patten, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on November 29, 2020. She was the daughter of the late George T. and Bessie Ayer (Irving) Mitton.

    Marilyn was a graduate of Moncton High School and the University of Calgary and worked as a research assistant at the University of Calgary Medical School. She and Bev raised their children in Calgary and then retired back home to the Maritimes.

    A private interment will be held at Fair Haven Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home, Salisbury Road, Moncton NB

    Marilyn married Beverley Burton Patten on 14 Sep 1957 in Moncton, New Brunswick. Beverley (son of Brenda Bessie Patten) was born on 19 Nov 1934 in Hantsport, Hants, Nova Scotia; died on 3 Nov 1999 in Trois-Ruisseaux, New Brunswick; was buried on 7 Nov 1999 in Fair Haven Memorial Garden, Moncton, New Brunswick.
