    Peter Milford Thorpe, age 67 of Hortonville, passed away on December 24, 2023, in the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Peter fought a courageous battle with leukemia.

    Peter retired from Minas Basin Pulp and Power with 40-years of service. He then worked for TRC Hydraulics Inc. for seven years until his illness. When not working, Peter loved to go camping with his family, four-wheeling, hunting, and enjoying a cup of coffee at Tim Horton’s with friends.

    Peter was predeceased by his father, Bernard Thorpe, son, Joey (in infancy); father-in-law, Eldon Spencer; and brother-in-law, Eldon Spencer Jr.

    Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held at a later date in the Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville.
