- MORRIS (Gonzalez), Mary Veronica
Age 85, of Bridgetown, passed away July 16, 2014, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Ballymena , Antrim Co., Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Margaret (Mcmanus) and Pedro Gonzalez. Arriving in Barrie, Ont., at age 19, she met the love of her life, Claude Hamilton Morris. Together they had five children of whom they were extremely proud. Mary was an avid gardener, bowler and loved word puzzles. She is predeceased by her husband, Claude and brother, Patrick. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. today, July 18. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, both from Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown, with Rev. Brian Wallace officiating.
