- FAULKENHAM, Vernon Selvyn
Of Kentville, was born on December 22, 1939, and passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Vernon has gone to join his brothers, Elwood and Oswald, in Heaven, along with his favorite pal, Prince. Vernon was a top-notch mechanic by trade but capable of many trades, shown in his home buildings. He was a perfectionist and put his best into whatever he did. He shared his love with all the canine pals his wife brought home and they in turn. He had a love of cars, woodworking and enjoying coffee at Tim’s and McDonald’s with friends.He will be sorely missed by many good friends, neighbours and relatives. By his request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Kings County SPCA, Valley Regional Hospital Palliative Care or the charity of your choice.
