- CROFT, Maynard Donald
Age 79 years, of Wolfville, passed away peacefully in the Valley Regional Hospital on December 20, 2013. Born in Hantsport on September 29, 1934, he was a son of the late Roy and Florence (Millett) Croft. Maynard worked for many years as a crewman for the Department of Transportation. He was very well-known in the community for his passion of country and blue grass music and spending countless nights at the Old Orchard Inn barn dances; he was a proud and avid supporter of all the local benefits. Maynard had many loves in his life but, above all, he treasured his cats and horses. Predeceased by his sisters, Virginia Hughes and Marguerite Benedict; half-brother, Purdy Millett.
