Born November 8, 1931 in Brooklyn, Queens Co., he was the son of the late Evangeline Dexter (1942). He retired from the Minas Basin Pulp & Power after 43 years. Raymond was also predeceased by his foster mother, Viola Peabody and foster sister, Charlotte Scott. The family would like to extend their thank you to everyone at Victoria Park Guest House and Hants Community Hospital for their care and kindness.
