    Evelyn \"Mona\" Rice - 95, of Wolfville, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Milltown, New Brunswick, she was a daughter of the late Guy and Lena (Loney) Rankine. In 1942, she graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Royal Victoria Hospital School of Nursing in Montreal. After Mona married her late husband, Dr. William \"Bill\" Rice, she was very active in St. John\'s Anglican Church, Wolfville and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Wolfville. Mona enjoyed duplicate bridge, knitting, curling, dancing, life in general and everyone she knew. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy; two brothers, Chum and Johnny.
