    Age 74 of Windsor, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2017. Born in Windsor, he was a son of the late Frank and Beatrice Caldwell. Eugene spent many years working with the Minas Basin Pulp and Power. He also enjoyed camping in Prince Edward Island and Blomindon Provincial Park. Eugene was predeceased by his sister, Dianne Caldwell; brother, Eddie Caldwell and brother-in-law, Bill Leighton. A Graveside Service will be held on September 15, at 2 p.m. in Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville. A reception to follow the service in Hants Border Community Hall.
