    HAYSTEAD, Marilyn Virginia Beloved wife of James Earnest Haystead, passed away on June 23 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of eighty-six after several years of living with Alzheimer's disease. Marilyn was born in Searsport, Maine to parents Stephen and Mildred Webb (nee Pine), and grew up in Lubec, Maine and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. She lived a full and active life including serving in the Canadian Air Force, working with the Boy Scouts of America, and recognizing the service and sacrifice of America's veterans. Prior to moving to Nebraska, she retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she worked for many years. A celebration of life ceremony is planned for a future date. Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
