Born in Hant­sport in 1937, she was a graduate of the School of Dental Hygiene, Univer­sity of Toronto. Phyllis was the daughter of the late Robert S. Kel­ly and the late Ger­trude M. Kelly (of Hantsport). She was an employee of the Nova Scotia Department of Health Dental Di­vision for many years. In later years she was em­ployed with the family firm of K. C. Marshall Clothing Ltd. in Kingston. Inter­ment will be in North Kingston Ceme­tery.
