Judith Elaine “Judy” PITTS — Lockhartville

It is with sadness that we, the family, announce that Judy passed away suddenly on Friday, August 18, 2023 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, after a brief illness, at the age of 73. Born in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Bessie (Walsh) Pitts. Judy loved baking and going to music jams as well as visiting her friends at Tim Hortons. She was employed at CKF Inc., retiring after 35 years of service. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her common-law husband of 32 years, Garnet Underwood; sisters, Florence, Bessie “Betty”, Phyllis and Faye; brothers, James, Richard, Lawrence and Robert. A private family graveside service will be held in Riverbank Cemetery, Hantsport. A Celebration of Life and Jam will be held in the Three Mile Plains Community Hall, 4474 Hwy. 1, Three Mile Plains, at a date and time to be announced in the near future.
