    CLOWRY (Miner), Thelma Adelia —
    80, Hantsport, formerly of Bishop­ville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 12, 2011, in Halifax. Born in Wallbrook, she was a daughter of the late Bret and Pearl (Brown) Miner. Thelma was a loving mother, grandmother, great-­grandmother, sister and friend. Her strength and spirit will live on forever. She enjoyed being around family, es­pecially while camping or hosting family gatherings and family suppers. She loved playing cards with her sis­ters and friends. Thelma enjoyed her regular Monday night bingo with Shir­ley. With kindness she reached out to her community and surrounding com­munities, always with a helping hand. You always knew she would be there without a doubt. Thelma was first and foremost a homemaker. She had worked at CKF in Hantsport and later owned and operated Avon Autumn Custom Framing. Besides her parents, Thelma was pre­deceased by brothers, Jack, Roy, Tom, Jake and sister, Lova Morine. There will be no visitation by request. A gra­veside memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 15 in Bishop­ville Cemetery with Rev. Dan Jamer officiating.
