    Notes:

    Died:
    Zeda "Pauline" "Polly" Redden

Age 89, Windsor, passed away in Haliburton Place, on October, 18, 2020. Born and raised in Mount Denson, she was the eldest of 13 children of the late Royce and Alfreda (Peach) Hartt. Polly was a sweet, smart lady with a great sense of humour. She welcomed others into her home, especially friends of her children, where she was famous for her chocolate cake, and her Grey Cup parties where she introduced many to the sport of football. Her favourite memories were going to Windsor Legion dances with Dick and their friends in the 1970s and 1980s. She was a huge sports fan, spending many hours at hockey rinks and ballfields watching local teams play. She also enjoyed watching golf, curling, and tennis and above all, the New England Patriots. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Richard "Dick" Redden (2009); brothers, Lorne (in infancy), Carleton, Gerald, and Colin Hartt; sister, Reta Hebb. Her family wishes to express sincere thanks to the staff and residents of Haliburton Place for the friendship, care and compassion shown to Polly over the past two years. Special thanks to Dr. Cathryn Smith who took Polly on as one of her first patients in 1985 and was with her until the end. As per her wishes, Polly's remains have been donated to Medical Research, specifically, the Maritime Brain Tissue Bank. Her children will have a private Celebration of Life and encourage anyone who met her to have a coffee or piece of chocolate cake in her memory.

Family/Spouse: Dick Redden. Dick died in 2009. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
