Born on May 7, 1938, in Lock­hartville, Kings Co., he was a son of the late Lawson and Rita (Lyons) Scho­field. He was retired from CKF Inc., Hantsport, after 44 years of service. Besides his parents, Burnell was predeceased by his brothers, Rus­sell and Claude.
