    • GORDON, C. Thomas \'Tom\' — 77, of Hantsport, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013, in the Halifax Infir­mary, QEII, Halifax. Born on Septem­ber 23, 1935, in Halifax, he was a son of the late Basil and Mary \'Mamie\' (Watts) Gordon. Tom owned Brook­lyn Insurance, Hantsport, until his retirement and had been an Insur­ance Agent in Halifax for many years. In earlier years, he had worked as an elec­trician at the Hali­fax Dockyard. Tom was an avid sports enthusiast, a Blue Jays fan, loved golf, and was a former member of Avon Valley Golf & Country Club, Falmouth. He loved music and was a life member of the Kings Fiddlers. He was a member of St. James United Church, Hantsport, and sang in the choir for many years. Besides his parents, he was prede­ceased by sister, Anna Jean Holland.
