    • Elsie Grace Barkhouse Weatherby, 90, died January 26, 1997, in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ont. Her late husband, Arthur, was a former Mayor of Hantsport and he was a past master of Poyntz Lodge, Hantsport. She is survived by daughter, Thelma Allen, Barrie; two grandsons, Brian, Mississauga; Michael, Calgary. She was predeceased by husband, Arthur; sisters, Hattie, Minnie; brothers, Alfred, Edwin, Bruce. Cremation has taken place. Funeral was held February 2 in Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, Barrie. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society.
