      Age 86, of Hants Border/Windsor, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017, in Dykeland Lodge, Windsor, where she was a resident for the last 15 years. Born October 31, 1930, in Three Mile Plains, Hants Co, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Gladys (Woodman) Boyd. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by the love of her life, husband, H. Victor Starratt (1990). Jean was a wonderful, mom, nan, and grandnan. She was a member of Hantsport Baptist Church and active in the Kings Daughters. She loved to bake, and was renowned for her apple pie and desserts. One of her passions was raising money for the Alzheimer Society.
