    • KING, Catherine Mae — 61, of Hants Border, Kings Co., passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Windsor, she was a daughter of June (Morgan) and the late Graham Sanford. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved poetry, cooking, baking, crafting and spending time with her grandchildren. Her family meant everything to her.
She really enjoyed the simple things in life; She loved to cruise in her \'Sassy’69\' Beaumont which was as spunky as she was. Although diagnosed with MS in her late 30s, she never let it slow her down. Those who knew her well would say that she had a strong constitution and a zest for life. She was predeceased by her father, Graham; mother-in-law, Mona (Shaw); father-in-law, Foster; and sister-in-law, Edith Johnson.
