He was a great lover of games especially hockey, a true Montreal Canadiens fan. Besides his parents, Richard was predeceased by wife, Freda (Spencer); son, Ralph; granddaughter, Ashley; brothers, Gordon, Joe, Paul, Sheldon and George; sisters, Annie, Alma and Ida. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 19, at 2 p.m., in Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville, Rev. Gary Manthorne officiating.
