  	It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt, Phyllis Amy (Atwell) Eldridge of Hantsport, on November 17, 2023 at the age of 82, at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis worked hard her whole life at various jobs, including many years at CKF Inc. and the Hantsport Juice Plant. In her younger years, she enjoyed camping out Bishopville, and shopping with her special friend Joyce (Mossie). She was an avid baker and enjoyed making preserves such as jams, pickles, beets and beans. She was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and May; nephew, Michael; grandson, Reilley, chosen sister, Maxine Swinamer; special sister-in-law, Shirley Atwell; and Henry, the father of her children. A private ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to IWK Foundation (www.iwkfoundation.org).
