      It is with heavy hearts that we share the peaceful passing of Derrick Reginald, our son, spouse, stepfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Derrick was born in Halifax on July 23, 1964 to Glenda (Mason) Chittick and the late Warren Chittick. Derrick was self- employed for many years in the construction excavation industry, most recently working with Beaverbank Resources. He will be dearly missed by his cat Misty. Derrick was predeceased by his father, Warren; grandparents, Reg and Ezilda Mason, Fred and Mary Chittick; and numerous other family members.
