Board of Trade, 1913-1914; President, Maritime Publicity Association, 1913, President, 1914-15. of the Baptist Annuity Board of the Maritime Provinces; Divisional Representative of the Publicity Section of the Canada Food Board for Cumberland and part of Colchester and Pictou Counties, Chairman for Cumberland County in the big Red Cross Campaign to raise $4,369,000 for Canada, 1918.
