    • BROWNE, Margaret Helena — Sad­ly we announce the passing of our dear mum and nana on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2012, with her family by her side in Windsor Elms Village, Fal­mouth. Born on August 23, 1917, she was a daughter of the late John and Maude (Boyd) Akin. Margaret was a lifelong resident of Falmouth and spent the last four years at Windsor Elms Village. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas, (for­merly of Isle Magee, North Ireland) in whose arms may she be dancing once again. She was also predeceased by sisters, Mary, Kathryn, Elizabeth and Sadie; brothers, Albert, Godfrey, Charles and William \'Bill\'; daughter-­in-law, Gloria (Miner) Browne; sister­-in-law, Bessie Akin. A private family commit­tal service will be held in Centre Fal­mouth Cemetery.
